This is a very pleasant studio apartment which faces East and gets the morning sun, on the second floor of a medium sized residence close to all amenities. It sleeps 4 in 2 single beds (bunks) and 1 double sofa bed. There is a colour TV and the kitchenette is equipped with hot plates, oven, micro wave and fridge.

There is a ski school kindergarten meeting place just over the road, and the Belle Etoile lift to the Cretes is about 2 mins walk in ski equipment. There are a variety of shops and restaurants all within 300 metres, and there is residents' parking in the front.

In addition this building has been recently updated and is next door to the Waala where there is another Easi-Apartment, thus making it ideal for groups who would like to be close but not in the same apartment.
